Issues:

Assigning admin to every user (disabled in code)
POST to dashboard fails, solutions
Tried redirection causes too many redirects error error in Chrome
Make the POST go to dashboard#show errored
Added a method into application_controller, and that doesn't seem to work
Logout just destroys the session; need to change the alert so that it says you have to close the browser if login is via shib
