Replace current string approach with _resource objects. Affected fields include creator, contributor, publisher (maybe).

Do this in conjunction with reviewing current approach to _resource objects against new Hyrax functionality around controlled vocabs (geonames in particular) - see dog biscuits 39

This is no longer needed for KF.
