pretrained model 没法下载

您好，在SiamDW的Training and Testing 中的Prepare the data and models 中Download the pretrained Pytorch model to Trackit/snapshot 提示下载文件不存在，请问有其他下载途径吗？
还有在train_siamdw.py的时候提示：
usage: train_siamdw.py [-h] --cfg CFG
train_siamdw.py: error: the following arguments are required: --cfg
这是为什么呢
