How to change locale setting

• Operating System: Raspberry Pi Zero

Description

This worked fine in English.
Are there any ways to change the locale setting from AVS? I would like to speak in Japanese or other languages.

Succeed to change Alexa locale in my fork, not tested Baidu DuerOS though
