Figure. Association Results

@guhanrv , thanks for starting the first figure. Here are some TODOs:

I've moved the notebook figures.ipynb to notebooks/Figure. Association Results.ipynb. Please format these plots into one figure using gridspec as I've done for instance in this notebook (see the cell under "Main Figure on FUT2"). Also see how I use gridspec in this notebook.

Remove titles from plots.

Format locus, allele, and phenotype names to their proper format for publication.

Took a stab at it. The notebook can be found here and the resultant figure can be found here. Let me know what you think. I'm sure it's far from perfect, but at least it uses gridspec. I removed titles and formatted locus/allele/phenotype names to their proper format.
