This software immediately broke my keyboard mapping before I even did anything

Downloaded this software to check it out. I have RK100RGB. Before making any changes or doing anything, I notice that my 'q' key doubles the letter every keystroke, the 'e' key now outputs 'G', the 'backspace' key now does nothing, the windows key now acts as 'alt', and the alt key now acts as windows key.....

How can I change this keyboard back to its original form? I did not make do any edits for this to happen. I've now edited the keymap to get back my 'e' key and 'backspace'. I don't see any RK100 software on the official website. How do revert this keyboard software to its original software?
