Add error message to .lst file for LAK Tabfiles with dV/dH = 0 and/or dA/dH = 0

To avoid problems with the integrated MODSIM-GSFLOW code, would be helpful to alert users when specified values in a LAK tabfile result in dV/dH = 0 and dA/dH = 0. It could be helpful to offer the user a recommendation on what action to take to correct the problem: "update the tables so that the lake stages increase with each new table entry"
