Primary target functions found in the alpha build compute_setup.sh

- Loading configuration information from a common place
- Creation of the pip download cache and the pip config
- Running substeps

Update sources:

- Updates repo sources
- Updates repos

Setup mysql:

- Sets up mysql and creates a bunch of database
- Should be done from each project instead of all together

Conf nova flags:

- Primarily sets up nova configuration things
- It should be done in the nova project instead of in a big chunk

Things that zenstack 2 needs to do:

- Configure repositories to some base setting
- Update target repos
- Install using target's repo manager
- Modify configuration files like sed
- Generate configuration files
- Make modifications to target file system
- Install python packages (pip)
- Create symbolic links
