No matter what code I run on Jupyter, the code runs but the following error is printed twice:

SIMPLE-ERROR: The stream #<a JUPYTER::STDIN-STREAM 0x559f87069480> has no suitable method for GRAY:STREAM-INTERACTIVE-P.

What OS are you using? Do you know what Lisp implementation Maxima is running on?

Arch Linux.

Do you know what Lisp implementation Maxima is running on?

Lisp ECL 21.2.1.

I pushed a potential fix to yitzchak/common-lisp-jupyter. If you acquired common-lisp-jupyter via quicklisp you'll probably need to clone it into local-projects.
