fixing openapi version

When merging multiple OpenAPI files that are version 3.0.0, the resulting file currently always has version 3.0.3. Is it possible to fix a particular version? In this case, the output OpenAPI version would be 3.0.0.

Sounds minor, but some tools like Postman are very strict on the API versions that are imported.

That's fair. I'd be okay with making this be a configuration option in the Merge Options. I'm on leave at the moment but feel free to raise a PR to do this. Cheers.
