这个小程序应该自动关闭。
或者中余有检测算法服务意外关才，在一定时间内自动重启。

当检测到 WeaselServer 未运行时，将执行算法服务。若经过30秒后算法仍未执行，将再次尝试启动。

第二次检测后，无论结果如何，程序将自动退出。
