Describe the bug
I am using lively to display Windy.com weather map on one of my three monitors (Windows 11)
I have not been able to nail down the exact sequence of events that causes the issue to happen, but while moving windows around from one screen to the next, when I move the mouse pointer to the monitor that is displaying lively, the Windy background has focus and pans as I move the mouse across the monitor. If I click the mouse on the Windy background, the background stops panning.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Unfortunately I haven't been able to reliably figure out how to reproduce.

Expected behavior
The background (Windy) should not respond to mouse movement unless it has been clicked on.
