What is this utility software? I suspect something else is causing the issue. Try exiting all third party software and restart Lively to verify.

It is IME software (sogou IME used to type chinese characters)
I have tried to exiting all third party software and restarted lively, but it just didn't work
However, if I try the wallpapers packed with lively like 'Matrix Rain Customizable', my mouse cursor will not disappear

I think I find the reason
Once I turn off ACM(auto color management) in settings (system -> screen -> advanced monitor settings), my mouse cursor come back

I think it’s because my windows has been customized just for China. Maybe there are some differences.
