  • To potentially add a simplistic digital clock or something along those lines.

  • While using a custom weather adding a setting to keep the original city and current weather info displayed instead of showing "City, Country" and other placeholder info.

(- Multi monitor support, I know you are already working on it.)
Thank you for sharing your program, I'm in love of it already :)

For the first two, I think you should try rainmeter.
The widget UI was made as a example of sort/ indicating user the current settings, if I add too much customisation at that point its better to work on a general solution that works with everything (Rainmeter already does this!).

Regarding multiplescreen, my upcoming project will have full support: Lively
rePaper will be a addon for it in the future.

I'm not sure if I should open a new issue for this, so I'm rather putting it here. I would like to request an option to disable pausing when other application is maximized, namely when the maximized is on a different monitor, and/or option to disable it per monitor. The checkbox for it is checked and grayed out for me, so I can't change it. If there's a way to change it, please let me know. Also having current weather info while having weather selector enabled would be great.

I wrote a more advanced algorithm for lively (pause per display), il try to port it over to rePaper.
If I can't, once I make rePaper an add on for lively you can use with it.
Will add current weather info next update.
