Improve ESM/CJS interoperability:

This makes defaults compatible with either module or commonjs type projects.

  • rename: bud.config.js -> bud.config.mjs
  • rename: tailwind.config.js -> tailwind.config.cjs

Improve config:

  • bud config now authored in ESM

Improve DX:

  • bud.config.mjs: @ts-check pragma for improved intellisense
  • jsconfig.json: better defaults
