Re-consider adding non-workspace dependending crate

Following #475, it would appear that for some reason, the cron build did not fail even when the ipfs crates dependencies created a non-solvable situation following aesni crates deprecation, when ipfs was used as a dependency. By non-workspace crate I mean a crate under the repository, which just depends on ipfs = { path = "../" } while having
