一个官方的集合了各行各业标准文档的网站 http://hbba.sacinfo.org.cn/
如果互联网要改造各行各业，就需要遵循长期以来各行业形成的规范。
这些规范，一般是由专业机构，国家机构指定的行业标准，这些标准文档可以在这里查到。

比如想看银行卡规范相关的

点进去之后可以看到标准的适用范围、起草单位等信息。点击标题右边的图标，可以下载查看标准的详细信息。
