There are a few ways to allow such programs to run.

If you are a developer, you can also build it yourself.

$ git clone https://github.com/ruedap/alfred-bootstrap-icons-workflow
$ cd alfred-bootstrap-icons-workflow/
$ npm install
$ npm run build
$ npm run open
