A couple of URL/link issues

Hi again,

I had a brief look at the forum script and I'm impressed by the work you have done so far. :) I did come across some issues though.

Firstly, the links under the sidebar admin menu returns duplicate url elements like e.g.:

http://localhost/runbb/public/runbb/public/admin/forum/users

Secondly, I was not able to install any plugins. The install link ('composer') appeared to be dead and I couldn't load any modal, as per your instructions.

Thirdly, I was not able to log out of the forum.

1. You run from sub-folder http://localhost/runbb/public/?
   site root must be inside public dir, then correct url is http://localhost/admin/forum/users
   all other not working without correct path.

2. first run need wait while composer downloaded and unpacked. You can view it inside popup.

3. this also as in 1. possible path not found
