[Feature/Idea]: support using a package as a template for new a new package

What would you like to see changed/added?

I recently discovered this tool! it's great thanks :)

One thing I was looking at was how I could automate creating new packages using a different one as a template, is that something that can be easily achieved?

E.g I have https://github.com/microsoft/winget-pkgs/tree/master/manifests/e/EclipseAdoptium/Temurin/21 but I now need to add the Temurin/22 packages.
