• svdtools 0.4.2 released

The goal is rust-embedded/svd2rust#902 but I'd want to discuss the main part first:
moving generic part in independent module as dependency for generated code.

The main issue with this is encapsulation. How to prevent creating non-existent register/field if we give public constructors?

I want to talk about name squatting and whether the Cortex-R team (which is empty) wants to take over the cortex-r crate(s) I just wrote.

I also expanded cortex-m-semihosting to work on Cortex-R as well (and likely other AArch32 and even AArch64 devices) - see https://github.com/ferrous-systems/cortex-r/tree/main/arm-semihosting.

However, there's already https://crates.io/crates/semihosting and https://crates.io/crates/arm-semihosting and I'm not sure how to proceed. The world probably doesn't need three Arm-compatible semihosting crates? How does someone work out which ones are 'official' (i.e. from a Working Group of the Rust Project) and which are not?
