[BUG] Plugins do not use prefix

Hello!

As reported in my earlier issue that I was forced to use a shorter prefix "m_" (instead of "master_"). I have installed all the nine plugins made available for free.

The checkin-ip-access and vendor plugins did not use the DB prefix I have "m_". This was used during the installation and .env file was created having it. But the install of plugins did not use the .env details and created tables without a prefix.

As these are very fundamental things, I am too surprised to come to Github and report these tiny bugs because no one else noticed it. may be no prefix was used during testing.
