Error with docker-machine v0.5.5 after #13

docker-machineのバージョンが0.5.5以降の場合、以下のエラーが出る

OSX / Linuxの場合

Error setting machine configuration from flags provided: unexpected EOF

Windowsの場合

Error creating machine: Error in driver during machine creation: 
read tcp 127.0.0.1:51253->127.0.0.1:51252: 
wsarecv: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
