Нужно поменять в рекомендациях
И придумать, как исправить в уже добавленных плейлистах

Например было:

на странице канала https://www.youtube.com/@SMOTRIM_RussianCartoons/videos :

Если в старом адресе заменить домен yt3.ggpht.com на yt3.googleusercontent.com
https://yt3.googleusercontent.com/a/AGF-l7-gkH8i4mTtUaGQuzHz2JriteeLSioPlqzS2Q=s240-c-k-c0xffffffff-no-rj-mo

То ок качает. Т.о. можно подмену не править в базе, а организовать прямо в коде налету
