This ticket is about merging two accounts into one. From a very general standpoint, this implies to not only check the authentication for the secondary account that is being merged into the primary one, but also to figure out how to transfer all the projects. It might also be a good idea to support multiple email addresses for an account (a primary one, and several secondary ones). Also, don't forget about dealing with active subscriptions, etc.
