what is the best practices for this react based projects?

Hello everyone!)
I've just tried this project with typescript and oh god, this is the best graphql client i've tried and seen so far.
I am literally sold by this idea, and i want to try it in my pet project. But before that, please let me ask few questions.

1. how to handle global state which will definitely be mixed with client-only state?
2. does this project has some sort of devtools in case it is not designed to be used with redux (like apollo 3)
