Generate more descriptive labels for CWL inputs and outputs

For example, instead of Comet_in_1 use its data type mass_spectrometry_spectra.

An example of an updated file: original and updated.

See the original suggestion.

Future work:
We could potentially parse existing CWL files to retrieve the labels.
