swing.FileChooser should be a Component #99

From scala/bug#1824

the swing lib shows

class FileChooser(dir : java.io.File) extends AnyRef

but JFileChooser sends PropertyChangeEvents and ActionEvents.
This feature is essential e.g. for accessory components.
