I saw that the 2002 Scheme Workshop content was missing. I see though that (large portions of) the site are available from archive.org.

@lassik coincidentally enough I just happened across:

This looks like Olin's site for the /proceedings/, different than the /workshop/.

Also found available from Olin's site was a copy of the TR (the ftp site seems no longer available)
