Currently, there are no tests for the dalton-agent code.

The dalton-agent will need some refactoring in order to be testable.

Create a file of tests IN the dalton-agent directory
Use importlib to import from the dalton-agent file (since it contains a dash)
Need to do some refactoring of dalton-agent.py before we can run tests on it
Have to add commands to the Makefile to look for & run tests in the dalton-agent directory
