I have been trying to use the SEP to construct segmentation maps for my data. The procedure to show the segmentation maps is not quite clear to me even after running the sep.extract command successfully. How do I display the segmentation map as a plot after this sample line:
objects = sep.extract(data, 3*m, filter_type='matched', minarea=21, filter_kernel= None, deblend_nthresh=32, clean=True, segmentation_map=True) #here m is the mean background
