Double scrolling issue?

Tested on IE10: when you put the list only partially in view (ie 50% of rows visible, 50% or rows beneath the bottom of the browser window, then scroll down the list, then scroll down the page (using trackpad), there are empty rows visible at the location of the list that wasn't show previously.

Scrolling ever-so-slightly in the list again make the newly-shown rows appear.
