loccN / hiccN not working for extended CC

If you set locc/hicc with 131 and 133 (key and vel), in sfizz the modulations don't work as intended and it shows like a normal CC knob in the GUI (the modulation values should trigger using the MIDI notes). In Sforzando it works this technique.
