Stuck in "Pack tracker update prompt" -> "please restart HDT" loop (v1.4.22)

I'm stuck in an "update" -> "please restart" loop. The prompt to update Pack Tracker popped up all by itself, I click on update, it says update it's completed and HDT needs to be restarted. When doing so, the Pack Tracker update prompt reappears.

Pity tracker graph no longer appears when going into "opening packs" in game.
