Remove QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission

Although the permission is essential, it will cause all update to be rejected by play store. For my use case the app has two different flavors. When distributing through playstore the flavor that doesn't require adding this, we don't want to add this is manifest. So, I think a better design choice would be to let users declare this permission on their own if needed.
