ShEx Web pages - where to find what information?

I was just at Wikidatacon and told repeatedly to join the Wednesday calls.
Despite looking everywhere, I can't find any information on how to be notified of the next one.

Is there a doc listing the current status of defining a ShEx standard? Explaining why the primer is not on the W3C Standards Track.

It's a W3C Community Group work product. With enough support from members, we can get W3C to create a Working Group but it will require enough enthusiasm to overcome the fact that W3C isn't doing much Semantic Web work these days.
