Overriding .psh.yaml with .psh.yaml.override fails again #118

As described earlier in #103 the override of .psh.yaml doesn't seem to work again.

No value written in .psh.yaml.override is actually overriding a value in .psh.yaml.

We are working with the latest Shopware 6.4.2.1.
