需求描述
各操作系统部署 Latex 环境的帮助文档.

解决方案
在 Wiki 页创建 page Use Latex on Local Machine, 并完善文档.

以 TexLive 为例, 至少包含:

  • Windows, Linux 和 Mac 下安装 TexLive 的过程.
  • 验证安装成功的方式.
