Images not sending

Bug description

Past ~24 hrs, images won't send when sent via android app. They get stuck at the spinning dotted circle like they're processing, though I don't see signs of an upload attempt beforehand. Occurs on both wifi and data. Text works fine, images sent via desktop client work fine.
