Cache BLOB hash ➡️ commit range mappings, so large repositories can be effectively analyzed (again). Use cases include

  • large repositories which happen to be the most widely used ones (phpMyAdmin, SquirrelMail, Roundcube), these could be distributed like rainbow tables, and
  • running a scan to include further items to narrow version info would require such local caching.

SQLite could be used as a format for easy indexing
