Possible replacement for Nixt

Its been a long while since I've contributed, but I came across this interaction on Twitter https://twitter.com/patak_dev/status/1493227205538856969 where Vitest is used to test a cli, and an interest in using Vitest to test pnpm. While Vitest is still very new it may be worth researching of it could be a better test environment for c-s-s.

I'm open to switching off of nixt if there are some improvements with vitest - do you know of what could be better with it?
