CallID preserved. Needs to be changed

Hi

For operation as proper B2BUA the CallID needs to be different on both legs. This is especially true to make spiraling calls working with Kamailio as a proxy.

It looks like the radius variant has some support for it, but this is not implemented on the simple version.
