AS A SCAF USER
I WANT a prompt to create credentials using a standardized Title format for 1Password credentials,
SO THAT credentials are consistently named and easier to manage

✅ Acceptance criteria

• After running SCAF, provide users with a list of (proposed) credentials for services in scaf names using our (Six Feet Up) standardized format for 1Password
  • Examples: Django Super User, Postgres, ArgoCD, Default Key EC2
