[Disease Restored] Dups keep vomiting despite not having germs or being sick

I've been observing a consistent vomiting by my dupe, so I followed them around for a few cycles. What's interesting is that for some reason they keep vomiting despite not having any germs or being sick. What's more, they even had Food Poisoning immunity from previously being sick, so not sure what would cause vomiting to get triggered.
