Describe the bug

제목 그대로 iris로 cache invalidation 메세지를 보낸 이후에는, in-memory 캐시에 있는 기존의 test case로 채점된 submission들을 재채점하는 로직을 구성해야 합니다.

#1176 issue에서 분리한 issue입니다.
