After doing:

dub init <test> spasm
cd <test>
dub
I get:
..\..\AppData\Local\dub\packages\spasm-0.1.13\spasm\source\spasm\bindings\svg.d(69,8): Error: function spasm.bindings.svg.SVGAElement.href() conflicts with previous declaration at ..\..\AppData\Local\dub\packages\spasm-0.1.13\spasm\source\spasm\bindings\svg.d(63,8)

Can you try this one? https://github.com/skoppe/spasm/releases/tag/v0.2.0-beta.8

Probably need to release new tag.

Its been a while but IIRC you need dub build --build-mode=allAtOnce --combined on windows. See https://github.com/skoppe/spasm/blob/master/BUILDING.md
