Check if it is possible to enable LockVerificationTest #103

Currently on master, LockVerificationTest has been disabled with a comment "Ignored till we can move it out of pipeline build" .

The test doesn't pass on locally. So, we need to fix the test and see if it still needs to be removed from the pipeline
