feat(hg): option to keep battle history #4

By default, /hunger-games creates a message and keeps updating it rather than sending it, however, we could save the battle history by either:

Keeping the battle log and just send new messages (most spammy, needs an option).
Sending battle-log as an .ansi file (for colours).
