Newline inserted when there is a text-align in the innerHTML #786

When initializing Quill with innerHTML that includes text-align styling, there will be a random newline inserted in the editor.

Steps for Reproduction

Visit http://beta.quilljs.com/playground/
Replace the editor-container's innerHTML with <div style="text-align: center;">hi</div>
Observe that there is a newline.
Replace the editor-container's innerHTML with <div>hi</div>
Observer that there is no newline.

Platforms: Chrome 52 on Mac 10.10.5
