[bug] git submodules don't open correctly #1003

It seems like octodroid doesn't handle git submodules, as I can't open them in app.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to a repo with submodules, my suckless repo.
Click on any submodule.

Expected Behaviour

Octodroid should open the corresponding repo either in app(if on github) or in a browser (otherwise).

Actual Behaviour

Octodroid tries to open the submodule as a file.

Device: Pixel 3
App Version: v4.6.2
